After downloading our calculator (an Excel spreadsheet) choose the column based on the flowers you would like to use, and enter the number of items you will need in each category.

To help you:

Economy flowers would include carnations, mini carnations, mums, alstromeria

Most Popular flowers include roses, spray roses, hydrangea, lilies, freesia, stock, tulips (seasonal), snapdragon, sunflowers, bells of Ireland, gerbera daisies, hypericum

Premium flowers include calla lilies, stephanotis, peonies, garden roses, orchids, dahlias, anemones, ranunculus, birds of paradise, anthurium

Note that any bouquet or arrangement can include flowers from all three categories, which would adjust the price up or down.

The availability and price of particular flowers can vary at different times throughout the year.  Bouquets and arrangements may be scaled larger and fuller or smaller.  The calculator is only to be used as a general guide.

Many of the weddings we design and service fall into the “Most Popular Flowers” price range.  We can work with most budgets, suggesting flowers that may be substituted for more expensive varieties.

Delivery, set-up and break-down charges and taxes are not included in the cost estimator.
